The Cavemen are Coming!
I'm so excited to announce that Inch and Grub, my new picture book, is very nearly here! With gorgeous illustrations by the amazing David Roberts, it will be published by Walker Books on 3rd September, throughout the land!
“Me have bigger cave than you,” said Grub. “That make me the best!”"
Inch and Grub is a tale of two very silly cavemen trying to prove they're the best by getting the biggest pile of STUFF. Walker Books and I spent a long time finding just the right illustrator, and in the end were lucky enough to get DAVID ROBERTS! (The Bolds, Sofia Valdez, Future Prez, Ada Twist, and so many more)
I was already a huge fan of David's (ever since The Boy Who Kicked Pigs) and I'm absolutely thrilled to see his take on the cavemen Inch and Grub.
The Launch Date is 3rd September, and although I won't be able to do the normal bookshop visits, we'll be carrying out various social media pushes, so hopefully you'll see it real soon!
