Leither's Guide to Leith Launch Party
Just had a lovely morning at the National Library of Scotland, where the Super Power Agency launched the official Leither’s Guide to Leith, written by students at Leith Academy.
It was a brilliant project and I was chuffed to have a small part in it as a volunteer. Groups of students got together to plan, investigate and write up sections about different aspects of Leith, including its history, famous buildings, events, cinema, live music and many others. It was great to see some of the students again – well done to everyone!
